The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (funded through the City of Detroit's Development Block Grant) is a program that provides grants to non-profit and neighborhood service organizations to improve the social condition of low-income residents in the city.


Funding priorities include: education, seniors, health services, youth recreation, and public safety.


Submission deadline is 10/11/24. There are several virtual webinars available as well as requirements around eligibility.
