🔥Funding Alert🔥

The Home Depot Foundation's Veteran Housing Grant Program

This program awards grants to nonprofit organizations for the new construction or rehabilitation of multifamily, permanent supportive housing for veterans throughout the U.S.

The grants fund physical construction costs, and must comprise less than 50% of the total development cost of the project. While rural areas will be considered, priority will be given to large cities with populations of over 300,000 people.

Specifically, there is a focus on projects in the following cities: Los Angeles and San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; New York, NY; Houston, TX; and Seattle, WA.

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with a current operating budget of at least $300,000 that have previous experience developing veteran housing and that currently manage or own veteran-specific housing are eligible to apply.
