Of the 33.2 million small businesses in the United States, nearly 13 million of them are women-owned. These businesses employ almost 10 million people and generate nearly $1.8 trillion in revenue.

Despite driving significant economic growth, female-founded companies received just 2.1% of venture capital funding in the U.S. in 2022.
