Small Business Grant Opportunity: Moving Flint Forward

The Moving Flint Forward Grant Program, administered by the Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance and funded by General Motors, provides grants to Flint neighborhood small businesses.

This grant program seeks to expand revitalization efforts across the city’s neighborhoods by supporting local businesses and boosting the power of the community that is doing vital work to support Flint residents.

The program is designed to help businesses grow and expand, make repairs and leasehold improvements, and/or purchase inventory and equipment. This program helps to broaden revitalization efforts beyond the city’s downtown and into Flint's neighborhoods. This grant is open to small businesses located in the city of Flint (based on the city's property tax database) with less than 20 employees.
